BJP Government’s Announcement for Delhi Women: ₹2,500 Monthly Aid for Eligible Beneficiaries

Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has announced that the "Mahila Samriddhi Yojana" scheme, which provides ₹2,500 per month as financial assistance to eligible women, will soon be implemented. She stated that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) had promised this assistance during the elections and is now set to fulfill its commitment.

According to the Chief Minister, the Cabinet has approved the election manifesto’s pledge to provide financial aid to underprivileged women in Delhi. She further stated that a committee has been formed under her leadership to oversee the scheme’s implementation. Senior ministers Ashish Sood, Parvesh Sharma, and Kapil Mishra are part of this committee.

Rekha Gupta also mentioned that a dedicated web portal will be launched for eligible women to register for the scheme.
