ICC Champions Trophy: Kuldeep Yadav Shines as India Fights Back
Team India’s Chinaman spinner Kuldeep Yadav provided crucial breakthroughs at the right moment, bringing joy to the Indian camp. In the ICC Champions Trophy final, currently underway in Dubai, India and New Zealand are competing for the title. New Zealand won the toss and opted to bat first.

At one stage, New Zealand appeared strong at 69 for 1 in 10 overs. However, Kuldeep Yadav turned the tide by taking two quick wickets. He first dismissed the aggressive opener Rachin Ravindra for 37 runs. In his next over, he sent captain Kane Williamson back to the pavilion for 11 runs, halting New Zealand’s momentum.

As of now, New Zealand stands at 85 for 3 in 16 overs, with Daryl Mitchell (10) and Tom Latham (3) at the crease. Earlier, opener Will Young (15) was dismissed by Varun Chakravarthy.
