AP Government Reviews Past Land Allocations in Amaravati
A meeting of the Ministers’ Committee was held today under the leadership of Andhra Pradesh Urban Development Minister Narayana. Speaking on the occasion, Minister Narayana stated that key decisions had been made regarding the allocation of land to companies in the state capital, Amaravati.

He revealed that land had been allocated to 131 companies in the past, and the government had decided to continue the allocations for 31 of them. Additionally, the location of the land allocated to two companies had been changed. Furthermore, the committee had decided on the relocation and expansion of land allocated to 16 companies. Narayana also announced that land allocations to 13 companies had been canceled.

Criticizing the previous government, Narayana alleged that it had acted with vindictiveness regarding the capital and played a three-pronged political game over Amaravati’s development.
