Pharmacy Student Found Dead in Hostel, Suicide Note Reveals Heartbreak

A pharmacy student died by suicide in a private hostel in Vennelagadda, Quthbullapur Mandal, under the jurisdiction of Pet Basheerabad Police Station. The victim, identified as 26-year-old Priyanka, was found hanging from the ceiling fan in her hostel room.

Hostel staff and fellow students immediately informed the police. Upon arriving at the scene, officers discovered a suicide note in which Priyanka stated that she was deeply distressed because her partner, Ravikumar, had refused to marry her. She mentioned that his decision caused her immense emotional distress, leading her to take this extreme step.

Based on the contents of the suicide note, police suspect that the love affair was the primary reason behind her decision. Authorities have informed Priyanka's family and registered a case. The body has been sent for post-mortem examination, and an investigation is underway.
