Chandrababu Naidu Upholds Protocol, Personally Visits Speaker

An intriguing incident unfolded in the Andhra Pradesh Assembly today, highlighting Chandrababu Naidu’s commitment to democracy, the Constitution, and official protocol.

Earlier in the day, Speaker Ayyanna Patrudu informed the authorities that he wished to meet Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu within the Assembly premises. Upon learning of this, Chandrababu Naidu responded that, constitutionally, the Speaker holds a position higher than that of the Chief Minister. Therefore, instead of the Speaker coming to him, he decided to personally visit the Speaker’s chamber.

True to his words, Chandrababu Naidu went to Speaker Ayyanna Patrudu’s chamber and extended due respect to his position. The Speaker was reportedly surprised by this gesture.
