CM Chandrababu Oversees CRDA-HUDCO Agreement for Amaravati Construction
In a significant development for the construction of Andhra Pradesh's capital, Amaravati, an agreement was signed today between the Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) and the Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) in the presence of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu.

Andhra Pradesh Minister for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, P. Narayana, and HUDCO Chairman and Managing Director Sanjay Kulshreshtha were also present at the event. As per the agreement, HUDCO will provide a loan of ₹11,000 crore for the development of infrastructure in Amaravati.

The approval for these funds was granted during HUDCO's board meeting on January 22. Following this, today's agreement formalizes the funding arrangement between HUDCO and the Andhra Pradesh government. The funds are expected to be released soon, expediting the construction of Amaravati.
