Andhra Pradesh Lost Its Vibrancy Under YSRCP Rule: Chandrababu Naidu

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu alleged that the state lost its vibrancy under the rule of the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP). Participating in coalition government celebrations held on the occasion of Ugadi at Tummalapalli Kalakshetram in Vijayawada, Chandrababu Naidu stated that in his political career, he had never witnessed the kind of problems created by the YSRCP government during its five-year tenure.
Chandrababu Naidu said, “During the YSRCP government’s tenure, everything in the state became entangled, and we are now unraveling those knots one by one. Our government is moving forward with the motto ‘People First.’ We are progressing step by step by integrating welfare, development, and good governance.”
Highlighting the need for smart work over hard work in the current context, Chandrababu Naidu recalled how he was once criticized for promoting cell phones and the IT sector. “People used to mockingly ask whether cell phones could feed us. But today, people can manage numerous tasks from their homes using cell phones,” he said.
He announced the introduction of WhatsApp Governance to bring coalition government services closer to the public. He explained that in the past, people had to go around government offices for various certificates, but now, through WhatsApp Governance, certificates are being delivered directly to phones within moments.
Chandrababu Naidu further stated that the government is about to launch the “Margadarsi–Bangaru Kutumbam” and “P4” initiatives aimed at poverty eradication in the state. Emphasizing the role of emerging technologies, he said, “With quantum computing and artificial intelligence, nothing is impossible.” He asserted that the vision is to transform Andhra Pradesh into a state free of poverty, and achieving this would fulfill the purpose of his life.
