Jagan Makes Another Sensational Statement Against Police

Former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and YSR Congress Party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has once again made controversial remarks against the police. He stated that if his party returns to power, they will “strip the police of their uniforms.” This is the second time in recent weeks that YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has made sensational comments targeting the police force.
Today, during a meeting with YSR Congress Party leaders and workers from the undivided Kurnool district, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy alleged that the police are being used by the coalition government in a manner worse than watchmen. He claimed, “The coalition government is misusing the police more terribly than watchmen.”
He also launched a sharp attack on the current administration led by Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu. YS Jagan Mohan Reddy alleged that the Chief Minister has deceived all sections of society and criticized him for failing in both the implementation of promises and governance.
YS Jagan Mohan Reddy pointed out that despite presenting two budgets, the coalition government has not fulfilled its promises. He ridiculed Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leaders, saying they are now unable to face the public. He further alleged that a “Red Book governance” is continuing in the state, a term he used to condemn the present administration's practices.
