Union Cabinet Secretary holds video conference with Chief Secretaries of States

Hyderabad: Union Cabinet Secretary Dr.Rajiv Gauba held a Video Conference with the Chief Secretaries of States in connection with the Commemoration of the 75th Anniversary of India’s Independence “AZADI KI AMRUTH MAHOTSAV ”. He instructed Chief Secretaries to plan for Celebrations involving the public in a big way.

Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar, IAS., informed the Union Cabinet Secretary that State Government has started the program in the state in a big way by hosting a National Flag on 12th March 2021 by Hon’ble Chief Minister K.Chandrashekhar Rao at Hyderabad and Hon’ble Governor Dr.Tamilisai Soundararajan hoisted the National Flag at Warangal.
 
Massive Freedom Run was also organized across the State. Apart from this Kavi Sammelanam and Photo Exhibitions were organized. Highlighting the freedom struggle of India.

Chief Secretary informed that in a similar way the Government will be organizing “AZADI KI AMRUTH MAHOTSAV ” Celebrations involving the public in a big way.

Srinivasa Raju, IAS., Secretary, Tourism and Culture, and Mamidi Harikrishna, Director, Culture Department attended the Video Conference.
