Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao to honour the winners in the international sports events

Chief Minister Sri K Chandrashekhar Rao has decided to honour the winners in the international sports events recently and brought laurels to the Telangana State world over. The State government announced Rs 2 crore cash prize each to Nikhat Zareen for clinching Gold medal in the recently held Women’s world Boxing Championship in Turkey and Esha Singh who won gold medal in ISSF Junior World Cup Shooting event in Germany. On the instructions of CM KCR, the government has issued orders in this regard.

Apart from cash prize, the government also decided to allot residential plots to the two sports persons at Banjara Hills or Jubilee Hills

As announced by Chief Minister Sri K Chandrashekhar Rao, the Telangana Government has issued orders to present Rs one Crore cash award to Kinnera Metla Artist Padma Shri Darshanam Mogulaiah. On the request of Padmashri Mogulaiah, Government has taken a decision to allot a residential plot in BN Reddy Nagar colony.
