Press Release- Apoorva Garbha Sanskar - Super Mom Baby Program - KIMS Cuddles Hospital, Kondapur
Hyderabad, 5th June 2022: The present world is full of hustle and bustles. It is under constant pressure. Therefore, pregnant women do not have proper guidance to take care of their health in the right way. Health means not just being disease-free, it is physical, mental, social, spiritual and emotional well-being. In the case of pregnant women, instructions should be given constantly to take care of both the mother and the baby growing in the womb. In this regard, every clinic should also pay attention to mental health apart from physical health.
In recent times, spiritual and emotional health has been severely affected due to speedy living and small families. The care of pregnant women is of utmost importance. Problems that arose during pregnancy may show up in the future in the case of their children. Pregnant women should focus on consuming organic food and using natural foods, thereby providing a healthy lifestyle and a good environment for future generations.
Being a gynaecologist at KIMS Cuddles Hospital in Kondapur, and a mother of three children herself, Dr Shilpi Reddy has always looked at health from spiritual, emotional and social perspectives. She stresses the impact of all these issues on pregnant women's physical and mental health, and also on the health of the mother and child.
The Super Mom and Baby Retreat programme, organised by KIMS Cuddles Hospital from 10 am to 5 pm on Sunday at Brahma Kumari Ashram in Gachibowli, ensured that the mother was happy. This improves the relationship with the baby in the womb. It is a programme by experts who can enlighten, empower and help the mother relax on how to shape children. It mainly focused on diet, exercise and meditation. Dr K Shilpi Reddy of KIMS Cuddles Hospital, Kondapur, Dr BKEV Girishbhai from Mumbai, Dr Akanksha from Delhi and others participated in the sessions for pregnant women, their spouses and their close family members.
