Okinawa Scooters- the first company to get FAME-II approval is an Indian electric two-wheeler manufacturing company with a focus on ‘Make in India’. Okinawa has announced the launch of its new slow speed e-scooter, LITE, at an ex-showroom price of Rs 59,990. The new LITEresonates with the spirit of the brand ’ One for all’ and is targeted at youth and women, the country’s drivers of change. 

Okinawa Scooters has been growing at a fast pace. It has consistently added new offerings to its array of electric scooters. In the last 3 year journey of the brand, it has rolled out high-speed products like– Ridge, Praise, Ridge+ (in the market for over 1 year), iPraise+, PraisePro. Talking about the technological innovation, the brand took the product iPraise+- detachable Li-ion battery version, to the terrains of Leh-Ladakh where they conveyed the message that the product offers the convenience of any time, anywhere charging to the customers and is hassle-free. Now, with the unveiling of LITE, the e-scooter brand is ready to break the clutter of slow speed scooters in the market by adding a cool quotient to daily travel such as – going to school, college, shopping etc.

The new array of electric two-wheelers from Okinawa Scooters aims at fueling the ongoing electric vehicle revolution in India, together with the country’s youth. The new LITE is available in two fabulous colours - Sparkle White and Sparkle Blue – and flaunts a stylish, ready-for-the-future design. Equipped with a detachable lithium-ion battery, the scooter is user-friendly and easy on the pocket. 

For customers of the new LITE, the brand is offering a 3 years Motor and Battery warranty with a range of unique features. One of the unique features of the new LITE is the anti-theft battery lock, which makes the Li-Ion battery get locked inside, ensuring safety from theft and damage, which has proven to be a major concern for the customers. 

The e-scooter also comes with lucrative features like hazard function, inbuilt pillion rider footrest and LED speedometer. The e-scooter is equipped with LED Headlight, LED Winkers, stylish LED Taillight, automatic electronic handle,self-start push button and a Rectangular Type Front Suspension with Robust Steel frame body.
