Chandrababu Criticizes Jagan’s Sattenapalli Visit and Law Violations
Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu launched a scathing attack on Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) President Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy over his recent visit to Palnadu. Addressing a media conference in Amaravati today, Nara Chandrababu Naidu alleged that Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy violated official permissions during the tour and acted in a manner that encouraged violence. He expressed strong disapproval of the conduct of YSRCP leaders during the visit.

“As part of the Palnadu tour, they held meetings in narrow lanes. Not only did they provoke violence, but they also shifted blame onto the police. Have we ever seen such tendencies in this state before?” asked Nara Chandrababu Naidu. “They are gleefully displaying placards that say ‘Kill them… behead them’. Such tendencies in society are extremely dangerous,” he said with concern.

Nara Chandrababu Naidu stated that statues are now being erected for those involved in cannabis, betting rackets, and criminal gangs, and warned that such acts are not beneficial to society. “People must think about leaders who can shape the future. We will certainly take action against the atrocities committed during the previous government’s rule. Either you change, or the people will change you. If you change, society will accept it. But if you say you will destroy the state with wrong actions, that is unacceptable,” he asserted.

He issued a stern warning, saying, “If you play evil politics, I won’t spare you. I will deal with it firmly.”

Nara Chandrababu Naidu also criticized the condolence visit to the family of Nagamalleswara Rao, who passed away a year ago. “Nagamalleswara Rao died during the YSRCP government’s tenure. They were in power back then. He died even before the coalition government was formed. So why visit now?” he questioned.

He alleged that YSRCP leaders are setting an example for others to engage in rowdyism. Referring to incidents during Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy’s visit to Sattenapalli, Nara Chandrababu Naidu remarked, “On one side, International Yoga Day is being observed, and on the other, people are shouting ‘Rappa Rappa’. Once, people used to chant ‘Rappa Rappa’ while sacrificing goats to village deities. Who are they going to behead now—ordinary citizens?” he said, indirectly criticizing the events in Sattenapalli.

He further added, “What should we call those who violate the law? We have come to a situation where politics is being conducted in collaboration with criminals. If they try to create terrorism at their whim, we won’t remain silent.” He clarified that the law will take its own course and that no one is being specifically targeted.
