Before criticising CM Jagan, Pawan Kalyan should focus on becoming MLA: Kodali Nani
Tadepalli, May 10: Former minister and YSRCP MLA Kodali Nani flayed Jana Sena president Pawan Kalyan for criticising Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy. Before talking about dislodging the YSRCP government led by Jagan in 2024, Pawan Kalyan should focus on winning as a MLA, he stated.
Talking to reporters, Kodali Nani alleged that TDP national president N. Chandrababu Naidu brought Pawan Kalyan into politics in 2014 to split votes. “Even in 2019, Pawan Kalyan tried the same to benefit the TDP. But, it did not work out,” he stated.
The MLA said that once again the Jana Sena chief had made an announcement that he will keep non-YSRCP votes intact to bring the TDP to power in 2024. He made it clear that poll alliance between the TDP and Jana Sena cannot defeat the YSRCP in the ensuing Assembly elections. “YSRCP will contest alone in 2024,” he said and added that his party will get 55% votes.
