Irregularities in land pooling: AP CID names Chandrababu as A1, Narayana A2 in FIR

Vijayawada, May 10: Based on the complaint of YSRCP MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy, the AP CID registered a case under various sections against 14 persons including TDP national president N. Chandrababu Naidu and former TDP minister P. Narayana. 
 
The complainant alleged that irregularities took place in land pooling for Amaravati Master Plan and Inner Ring Road between 2014 and 2019 when the TDP was in power. The CID named Chandrababu as A1, Narayana as A2, Lingamaneni Ramesh A3, Lingamaneni Shekar A4, Ramakrishna Housing Private Limited Director Anjani Kumar A5, Heritage Foods A6, and LEPL Projects. Several government officials were included in the case as A14.
 
Alla submitted his complaint to the CID officials on April 27 this year. The CID took up probe from May 6. In preliminary investigation, the cops found that allegations levelled by the MLA are true and FIR was registered on May 9. In the past, Mangalagiri MLA also complained to the CID that assigned lands were forcibly taken for capital city.
