RGV strikes again at Bollywood, says should make films only for OTT
Hyderabad: Director Ram Gopal Varma always hogs the limelight for the wrong reasons. He constantly pokes fun at the celebrities by making satirical comments on the film industry. He often stands out in the news by making comments that are different from everyone else.
Verma became the care-of address in making sensational comments. Recently, RRR and Pushpa KGF2 films were released from South India and became a super success, and RGV made a series of comments on Bollywood. Recently, superstar Mahesh Babu's remarks that 'Bollywood could not bear me' are being discussed. RGV once again made shocking comments in this regard.
Looking at the success of South Indian films in theatres and the failure of North movies, it seems that soon Bollywood will be releasing films just for OTTs. Ram Gopal Varma tweeted. It remains to be seen whether these remarks will lead to a new debate. Meanwhile, the recent tweets between Kannada star hero Sudeep and Bollywood popular hero Ajay Devgn over the national language kicked up a row in which RGV said, "Bollywood is jealous of South cinema.".
