Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Brahmastra’ pre-release event at RFC cancelled

Hyderabad: The pre-release event of Ranbir Kapoor's Brahmastra, which was scheduled to be held on Friday at Ramoji Film City, was cancelled at the last minute. Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are playing the lead roles in this film directed by Bollywood director Ayan Mukerji.

Big B Amitabh Bachchan and Tollywood Star Hero Nagarjuna played key roles in this movie. In view of the film's release this month, grand arrangements were made for the pre-release event at Ramoji Film City on September 2.

But at the last minute, the police said they could not provide security for the event. The movie unit changed the plan at the last minute as the police did not grant permission for this event as most of the police personnel were busy with security for the Ganpati Navratri celebrations.

Therefore, the pre-release event venue has been changed and it will be held today at 8 pm at Park Hyatt Hotel, Banjara Hills. It is known that Junior NTR will be the chief guest for the programme. This movie is made as a Pan India movie and director Rajamouli is presenting the movie in Telugu. The film will release on September 9 in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam languages.
