In a scathing critique, TDP senior leader and former minister Jawahar accused Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy of being the real estate magnate of the state. He alleged that CM Jagan owns luxurious residences in Hyderabad's Lotus Pond, Bangalore, Pulivendula, Idupulapaya, and Kadapa, and has even constructed a palace in London to lead a lavish lifestyle. Jawahar derided the Chief Minister for building six opulent houses just for two people to live in.
Jawahar further criticized Jagan for creating confusion not only regarding ticket distributions but in every aspect of governance. He mentioned a lack of clarity on who would contest in the elections on behalf of YSRCP.
He said that the dramas of Mangalagiri MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy are still going on. He questioned Ramakrishna Reddy's meeting with YS Sharmila on political terms, his visits to the Congress party, and his subsequent return to the YSRCP. He alleged these actions were part of a theatrical act. He also questioned the rationale behind moving to Congress and then returning to the YSRCP, implying political inconsistency.
