Telangana Implements New Exam Pattern for Class 10 Starting This Year

The Telangana government has introduced significant changes to the grading system for 10th Class examinations. The current system, which allocates 20 marks for internal assessments and 80 marks for final exams, will be replaced.
Going forward, the final exams will carry 100 marks, with the internal assessment component being removed.
This new system will be implemented starting from the current academic year. The education department has issued guidelines stating that students will now receive 24-page answer booklets for the final exams.
