Fahadh Faasil's Blockbuster to Premiere on OTT

This year has been exceptionally favorable for the Malayalam film industry, with several major successes since its beginning. Adding to this streak of achievements, the movie "Bogan Villa" has recently joined the list of hits. Directed by Amal Neerad, the film was released in theaters on October 17.

Based on the novel "Ruthinte", the movie stars Kunchacko Boban, Fahadh Faasil, and Jyothirmayi in lead roles. It has reportedly grossed around ₹35 crore at the box office. Now, the film is set to entertain audiences on OTT. Starting from December 13, it will stream on SonyLIV in Malayalam, as well as Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi.

The story revolves around Raees (Kunchacko Boban) and Reethu (Jyothirmayi), a happily married couple with two children. However, their lives take a dramatic turn when Reethu loses her memory following a road accident. Raees makes relentless efforts to help her regain normalcy. Meanwhile, a series of mysterious disappearances involving tourists visiting Kerala draws the attention of ACP David (Fahadh Faasil). As the investigation unfolds, David discovers evidence suggesting Reethu’s involvement. The plot delves into unraveling the truth behind the events and identifying the real culprit.
