Mohan Babu Family Dispute: Police Commissioner Sudheer Babu’s Response
Rachakonda Police Commissioner Sudheer Babu stated that three cases have been registered so far concerning the family dispute involving veteran actor Mohan Babu. He emphasized that the incident occurred within Mohan Babu’s residence and is considered a personal matter. However, he stressed that public disturbance caused by the issue must be prevented.
The Commissioner revealed that notices were issued to three individuals due to disruptions to law and order in Jal Palli. He clarified that private individuals would no longer be allowed to stay near Mohan Babu's residence. Additionally, Pahadi Shareef police were instructed to conduct checks every two hours in the area.
Sudheer Babu confirmed that Manoj, Mohan Babu’s son, responded to the notices and appeared before the police. As a precautionary measure, the police issued a one-year bind-over order for Manoj. He further mentioned that Vishnu, Mohan Babu’s other son, requested additional time to respond to the bind-over notice, and an extension was granted until December 24.
The Commissioner also disclosed that Mohan Babu’s manager was arrested based on a complaint filed by Manoj.
