The issue became particularly severe around 10:00 AM. Passengers reported receiving a pop-up message stating that the disruption was due to “maintenance.”

IRCTC confirmed that its technical team is actively working to resolve the issue. The organization clarified that the problem arose due to maintenance activities, which rendered the e-ticketing system temporarily inaccessible. Travelers have been advised to try again after some time.
