I Would Apologize Even to a Home Guard If I Were Wrong: CV Anand
Hyderabad City Police Commissioner CV Anand recently faced criticism for expressing anger toward national media outlets regarding their perceived support of the Sandhya Theatre incident. In response to widespread criticism of his comments, CV Anand issued an apology.
Reacting to this, a netizen named Naresh tweeted in support of CV Anand, stating that acknowledging one’s mistakes is a commendable trait and sets him apart as an individual. Retweeting Naresh's post, CV Anand made a reflective statement that garnered attention.
“If I ever feel that I have done something wrong, I wouldn’t hesitate to apologize—even to a home guard. This quality has been with me since childhood, probably developed from playing cricket. Cricket has shaped me into a better individual. By letting go of my ego, I aspire to be one among everyone. I strongly believe that team sports are vital in shaping a person into a complete human being. Unfortunately, the corporate-style education system has deprived many of this opportunity,” CV Anand wrote in his tweet.
