Minister Kollu Ravindra has once again strongly reacted to allegations involving former minister Perni Nani. The controversy centers around rice that allegedly went missing from a warehouse registered under the name of Nani’s wife, Jayasudha. Ravindra accused Nani of exploiting his wife’s name to garner public sympathy and criticized his actions as disgraceful.

He alleged that Perni Nani, who misappropriated rice intended for the poor, is now delivering moral lectures. Ravindra declared, “Stealing and returning the money doesn’t absolve one of being a thief—a thief remains a thief.”

Taking a direct jab, Ravindra questioned Nani’s responsibilities, asking, “If the warehouse is registered under your wife’s name, shouldn’t you have taken proper care to ensure accountability?” He asserted that Perni Nani cannot escape legal scrutiny, warning that both Nani and his associates would face consequences.

Further, Ravindra stated that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) would be involved in investigating Perni Nani’s alleged illegal activities. He also raised concerns about land near a port, questioning if the appropriation of local residents' properties wasn’t a reality.
