Minister Nadendla Manohar described Real-Time Governance Society (RTGS) as a remarkable testament to Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu’s foresight and innovative approach to governance. He stated that RTGS exemplifies how technology can drive significant advancements in governance, adding that Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has demonstrated the practical application of governance through technology with this initiative.

During his visit to the Real-Time Governance Society at the state secretariat today, Nadendla Manohar praised the RTGS system and its operational efficiency. He was received by RTGS CEO K. Dinesh Kumar, who provided a detailed explanation of its functioning.

Speaking on the occasion, the minister expressed admiration for the advanced system, noting that it instilled confidence in the government’s capacity to undertake revolutionary reforms using technology. "Having technology is one thing, but having data is crucial," he said, emphasizing that data provides clarity on the implementation of government assets and schemes at the grassroots level.

Nadendla Manohar highlighted that RTGS is playing a pivotal role in ensuring structured governance at local levels, such as panchayats and municipalities. He added that the system facilitates the dissemination of government programs more effectively and enhances accountability by setting specific timelines for their implementation.

The minister commended the RTGS team, including its CEO and staff, for their exemplary work in leveraging technology to support government operations. He remarked that the RTGS system functions on a "One Government, One State, One Citizen, One Data" principle, ensuring smart governance by continuously monitoring and analyzing the implementation of government schemes through real-time data.

He also pointed out that while various departments have access to extensive data, it had not been centralized until now. RTGS is addressing this issue by integrating data from all departments into a comprehensive data lake. By utilizing advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and DeepTech, RTGS is set to enhance service delivery to citizens significantly.

Furthermore, Nadendla Manohar announced plans to create unique profiles for every household and village across the state. He noted that government priority schemes are under constant monitoring and revealed that "WhatsApp Governance" will soon be made available to the public, offering another layer of citizen engagement.

RTGS Deputy CEO M. Madhuri and other officials participated in the event.
