The film, tentatively titled "RC16," is in the shooting phase and features an impressive cast, including Kannada superstar Shiva Rajkumar and veteran actor Jagapathi Babu in key roles.

Posting a video on "X" (formerly Twitter), he revealed a glimpse of himself applying makeup before shooting for the film. "After a long time, Buchi Babu has given me a fulfilling role in 'RC16.' I felt immense satisfaction after seeing the getup," Jagapathi Babu wrote alongside the video.
Set against a sports backdrop, the film stars Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead opposite Ram Charan. "RC16" is being jointly produced by Mythri Movie Makers, Vriddhi Cinemas, and Sukumar Writings on a massive budget. The music is composed by Oscar-winning maestro A.R. Rahman.
