Hyderabad: Renowned director Trivikram Srinivas, who has written screenplay and dialogues for 'Bhimla Nayak', expressed his happiness over the massive success of the film. He was speaking at the success meet of the movie here on Saturday.
"A remake of the Malayalam movie 'Ayyappanum Koshiyum'. The original story is great. We had to work very hard to balance the roles of Pawan and Rana to fit the Telugu nativity. We have followed the same pattern in the case of the roles of the two wives. Everyone also did better than we expected, he opined.
'The film, which was released on Friday, raking in moolah in all the centres in Telugu states, including overseas.
He praised Ganesh Master for composing dance with 600 dancers. Taman's songs played an important role in the success of the film. It is good that both Rana and Pawan have taken part in shooting during the Covid. I am happy for the folk artists as they were able to make a name for themselves with this film."
