Police find stolen mobile of Minister Roja in 165 min, thief caught

Tourism and Culture Minister R.K. Roja’s mobile stolen by an unidentified person on Thursday, while she was busy in attending several official meetings in Tirupati. In the morning, she attended a meeting at Padmavathi Guest House in Tirumala. Later, when she was taking part in the meeting held with SAAP officials at Srinivasa Auditorium on the premises of the Sri Venkateswara University (SVU), Roja noticed that her cell phone was stolen. 

Immediately, the minister’s personal assistant lodged a complaint with police. Three teams were formed to find the missing mobile. Based on mobile signals and CCTV footage, the cops identified that the person, who stole the mobile, is in the limits of cell tower located near Ruia Hospital. The accused was taken into custody and recovered mobile from him. The cell phone was handed over to Roja. The minister appreciated the police for finding the stolen mobile in just 165 minutes.
