Kodali Nani visits Tirumala, tonsures head; says CM Jagan working for people’s welfare

Tirupati, July 12: Former minister and YSRCP MLA Kodali Nani on Tuesday visited Tirumala along with his family members. Later, he tonsured his head and offered prayers to Lord Venkateswara. Several devotees and priests took selfies with him.

Speaking to the media, Kodali Nani said that he sought god’s blessings for well-being of his family and people in the state. “Opposition parties and section of media are showing every good work of the YSRCP government and Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy in negative light,” he alleged.

The YSRCP leader further stated that the CM and YSRCP MLAs are working whole-heartedly to do good for the people. “If we did wrong then god will punish us,” he mentioned. On the second day of YSRCP plenary concluded at Mangalagiri in Guntur district on July 9, Nani came down heavily on TDP chief N. Chandrababu Naidu and Jana Sena president Pawan Kalyan.
