New Vande Bharat Train Soon for Telugu People!
Good news for the people of the Telugu states. Another Vande Bharat Express is set to be introduced soon between Andhra Pradesh (AP) and Telangana. The Railway Board has recently given the green signal for a second Vande Bharat Express between Secunderabad and Visakhapatnam. An official announcement regarding this is expected soon.
The Vande Bharat Express, starting at 5:05 AM from Secunderabad, will reach Visakhapatnam by 1:50 PM. Departing from Visakhapatnam at 2:35 PM, it will return to Secunderabad by 11:35 PM. This train will operate through Khammam, Warangal in Telangana, and Vijayawada, Rajamahendravaram, Samarlakota in Andhra Pradesh.
It is to be noted that the first Vande Bharat between Visakhapatnam and Secunderabad was launched on January 15 last year. Currently, this train experiences high demand, registering 100% occupancy on many occasions. Often, reservations are hard to come by, and the single train operation has also led to occasional technical issues. Authorities are introducing a second Vande Bharat Express as a solution to these problems.
The Visakhapatnam-Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam Vande Bharat consists of 16 coaches, whereas the Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam-Secunderabad currently has only 8 coaches. The Railway Board is limiting the number of coaches to facilitate stops at more stations.
