YS Jagan to launches 'Memu Siddham' bus tour for election campaign
Amaravati: Today, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and YSRCP leader Jaganmohan Reddy is set to kickstart his election campaign with a bus tour named "Memu Siddham". The tour is scheduled to begin in a short while and aims to intensify the election campaign across the state. The inaugural day of the bus tour will take place within the Kadapa parliamentary constituency.
Jaganmohan Reddy will first conduct special prayers at his father's memorial in Idupulapaya before officially starting the tour. The bus journey from Idupulapaya to Ichchapuram is planned to last for 21 days. Except for four parliamentary constituencies where "Ready" meetings have already been held, the rest will host these meetings during the tour.
Jaganmohan Reddy's schedule for today is as follows: He will depart from his residence in Tadepalli in the morning and arrive at Idupulapaya by noon, where he will pay tribute at the YSR Ghat. The bus tour is set to begin at 1:30 PM from Idupulapaya. The route includes Kumaranipalli, Vempalli, Sarvarajupeta, Veerapunayanipalli, Gangireddypalli, Ooruturu, Yarraguntla, and Potladurthi, eventually reaching Proddatur. A public meeting is planned near the Proddatur bypass road at 4:30 PM.
Following the meeting, the tour will pass through Sunnapurallapalli, Duvvuru, Jillella, Nagalapadu, Bodhanam, Rampalle Cross, and Chagalamarri, finally arriving at Allagadda in Nandyal district. The day will conclude with an overnight stay at a camp arranged near the Allagadda bypass road.
Following the meeting, the tour will pass through Sunnapurallapalli, Duvvuru, Jillella, Nagalapadu, Bodhanam, Rampalle Cross, and Chagalamarri, finally arriving at Allagadda in Nandyal district. The day will conclude with an overnight stay at a camp arranged near the Allagadda bypass road.
