Kavita Accused of Masterminding Delhi Liquor Policy Scandal: ED

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has stated that there is substantial evidence against Kavita in the Delhi liquor case. It was mentioned that Kavita herself had orchestrated the plans for the liquor policy scam. The ED also noted that Kavita had deleted her phone data. Despite being in custody for ten days for interrogation, she did not respond to the questions asked.


The ED seized 10 phones from Kavita, all of which were formatted before being handed over. Even after notices were issued for her to appear for questioning, four phones were formatted. The ED also mentioned that hundreds of digital devices belonging to the accused were destroyed.
