Hyderabad Featured Among the Fastest Developing Cities in the World

Hyderabad has secured a place in the top 10 of the world's fastest developing cities. The report, jointly released by Knight Frank India and the Confederation of Indian Industries, is titled "Real Estate: A Decade From Now 2024". It predicts significant growth for Hyderabad from 2019 to 2035, driven by a booming real estate sector.

In 2018, Hyderabad's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) was recorded at $50.6 billion, with a growth rate of 8.47%. The forecast estimates that by 2035, the GDP will reach $201.4 billion. According to the report, Surat holds the first position, followed by Agra and Bangalore in the ranking, with Hyderabad in fourth place. It noted that cities like Bangalore, Pune, and Hyderabad are experiencing a substantial real estate boom due to the IT industry. Since 2004, Hyderabad has attracted investments amounting to $4.836 billion.
