Official Confirmation Pending, But Amit Shah Tweets Pawan Kalyan as AP Deputy CM

Today in Andhra Pradesh, along with CM Chandrababu Naidu, 24 ministers took their oath of office. Among them was Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan. Although there has been widespread speculation about Pawan Kalyan being appointed as the Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, no official announcement has been made yet. In fact, no portfolios have been assigned to any ministers so far.

In this context, Union Home Minister Amit Shah provided clarity through his tweet. This afternoon, Amit Shah tweeted referring to Pawan Kalyan as the Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. Amit Shah also attended the swearing-in ceremony of the AP cabinet.

Later, he responded on social media, extending congratulations to CM Chandrababu and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan. He congratulated all the ministers who took the oath. Amit Shah expressed confidence in his tweet that the NDA government will lead the state of Andhra Pradesh on the path of development by fulfilling the hopes and aspirations of the people.
