Kavitha Responds to Revanth Reddy's 'Weed' Remark Against KCR

BRS MLC K. Kavitha has strongly criticized Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy for referring to former Chief Minister and BRS leader K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) as a "weed." She called the comment laughable and emphasized that KCR is not just a plant to be uprooted but a "guiding star" who played a crucial role in achieving Telangana statehood.

Kavitha made these remarks during a meeting with key BRS workers from the Korutla constituency at her residence. The meeting was attended by Korutla MLA Dr. Sanjay and Jagtial district BRS president Kalvakuntla Vidyasagar Rao.

Speaking to party workers, Kavitha warned the ruling government against filing false cases to harass BRS supporters, stating that the party would not remain silent in the face of such actions. She criticized the Chief Minister and his government for relying on abusive language instead of focusing on governance. She contrasted this with KCR's administration, which, she claimed, brought prosperity and resources to the state. Kavitha also alleged that the current government is plotting to permanently dismantle welfare schemes like Rythu Bandhu, which were introduced by KCR's government.
