Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu chaired the 43rd CRDA meeting this evening, attended by Urban Development and Municipal Administration Minister Narayana, CRDA Commissioner, and other senior officials. Minister Narayana briefed the media about the meeting's key decisions.

He announced that CRDA approved the construction of the Andhra Pradesh Assembly on 103 acres. The design will allow public access during non-session periods, offering a panoramic view of Amaravati from the tower.

Projects worth ₹24,276 crore, including trunk roads, layouts, and iconic buildings, have been sanctioned. The authority approved constructing 151 km of trunk roads.

The High Court will be built on 42.3 acres with a height of 55 meters, requiring a budget of ₹1,048 crore. Minister Narayana shared that the High Court's design has been finalized.

Additionally, 47 tower buildings with basements and terraces, covering 17,03,433 sq. ft., will be constructed at a cost of ₹4,608 crore. He assured that most tenders would be finalized by the end of the month, with full-scale capital construction starting in January.

Minister Narayana estimated the total expenditure for the capital city construction at ₹62,000 crore. He criticized the opposition YSRCP, alleging that they are solely focused on spreading negativity. He clarified that CRDA did not fix project costs, as rates were determined by a group of chief engineers.
