Telangana High Court: KCR, Harish Rao File Quash Petitions

Former Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) and senior BRS party MLA Harish Rao have filed quash petitions in the Telangana High Court concerning allegations of corruption in the construction of the Medigadda project.

Previously, a private petition had been filed in the Bhupalpally Court, accusing corruption in the Medigadda construction. Following an inquiry, the court issued notices to KCR and Harish Rao on July 10.

In response, KCR and Harish Rao have now approached the Telangana High Court, seeking to nullify the notices issued by the Bhupalpally Court regarding the alleged corruption in the Medigadda project.
