Pawan Kalyan Makes Key Appeal in Support of Indian Armed Forces

In light of escalating tensions along the Pakistan border, Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister and Jana Sena Party leader Pawan Kalyan has called upon citizens to express solidarity with the Indian Armed Forces. Referring to the military initiative “Operation Sindoor” as a righteous war, Pawan Kalyan urged every citizen to offer prayers for its success and invoked divine blessings for Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the armed forces leading the mission.
In an official statement, Pawan Kalyan affirmed that India’s tri-service military possesses formidable strength and advanced technological capabilities to neutralize enemy forces and defend the nation. Stressing the need for nationwide spiritual support during this critical period, he appealed for collective prayers for the soldiers’ well-being.
Representing the Jana Sena Party, Pawan Kalyan announced that special religious rituals will be conducted next Tuesday at six renowned Shanmukha temples in Tamil Nadu: Tiruttani, Tiruchendur, Palani, Thirupparankundram, Swamimalai, and Pazhamudircholai. As part of this initiative, each temple will host designated party legislators and Jana Sainiks to conduct the ceremonies.
He further disclosed plans for similar rituals at Kukke Subrahmanya and Ghati Subrahmanya temples in Karnataka; Mopidevi and Bikkavolu Subrahmanya temples in Andhra Pradesh; the Sri Durga Malleswara Swamy temple in Indrakeeladri, Vijayawada; and the Sri Puruhutika Devi temple in Pithapuram.
Additionally, Pawan Kalyan announced that special prayers would be offered this Sunday at the Sri Suryanarayana Swamy temple in Arasavalli, Srikakulam district, seeking the Sun God's divine energy for the armed forces.
He appealed for ceremonies across other prominent temples in the state, aiming to pray for the Indian military and the welfare of civilians in conflict-prone regions such as Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Haryana. He encouraged Christian believers to hold prayers in churches and Muslims to continue their devotions in mosques. Emphasizing the spiritual responsibility of every citizen, he said, “It is the duty of all to extend spiritual support to the soldiers fighting for national integrity and sovereignty.”
