Vallabhaneni Vamsi Suffers Sudden Illness While in Police Custody
Former Gannavaram legislator and YSR Congress Party leader Vallabhaneni Vamsi has reportedly fallen seriously ill while in police custody. He is currently undergoing treatment under medical supervision at the government hospital in Kankipadu.

Vallabhaneni Vamsi had been taken into custody by the Kankipadu police in connection with a case related to the distribution of fake housing title deeds. Already suffering from respiratory issues, his health condition suddenly deteriorated while in custody. Police officials responded immediately to the situation and shifted him to the Kankipadu government hospital, where doctors are currently providing him with necessary treatment.

Upon learning of his condition, his wife Pankaja Sri rushed to the hospital to be by his side. Krishna district YSR Congress Party president and former minister Perni Nani also visited the hospital, where he inquired with doctors about Vallabhaneni Vamsi’s health status. Family members have expressed serious concern about his medical condition.

Speaking to the media, Perni Nani stated that Vallabhaneni Vamsi must be provided with better medical care. In view of the health issues he is currently facing, Perni Nani demanded that Vamsi be transferred from the Kankipadu hospital to a better-equipped facility, such as AIIMS, for continued treatment.
