Pawan Kalyan Questions Telugu Film Industry's Silence, Bunny Vasu Reacts
Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan has expressed strong dissatisfaction with the Telugu film industry's attitude. Despite the formation of the coalition government, he reportedly conveyed his displeasure that key figures from the film industry have not made a courtesy visit to the Chief Minister.

According to reports, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan remarked that prominent figures in the Telugu film industry have shown no basic sense of gratitude toward the Andhra Pradesh government. He is quoted as asking, “It has been nearly a year since the coalition government was formed—have the representatives of the Telugu film associations made a courteous visit to the Chief Minister?”

These remarks have sparked widespread discussion in political and film industry circles.

In response, prominent producer Bunny Vasu took to the platform ‘X’ to share his views. He commented, “Politics in the film industry are often silent, yet very deep. It’s time that producers, distributors, and exhibitors recognize that the industry is being crushed by these underlying politics. If we have gone so far as to irritate someone who came from the film industry and became a Deputy Chief Minister, then it is time we question the state of our unity.”

Bunny Vasu’s remarks have since become a hot topic within the film fraternity.
