Raghurama Krishnam Raju Surprised by seeing a Building... Orders Demolition!

A three-storey building constructed on just 16 square yards in Palakoderu Mandal of West Godavari district has sparked intense discussion. The structure, built without any official permissions, drew strong condemnation from Deputy Speaker Raghurama Krishnaraju, who immediately instructed officials to demolish it. The incident has stirred local controversy.
According to reports, the building is located near Mangayya Cheruvu in Palakoderu and was built by a retired employee named Chandravathi. She constructed a two-storey structure on 16 square yards of land and added a third level with a tin sheet roof. On Thursday, Deputy Speaker Raghurama Krishnaraju visited Palakoderu to inaugurate newly laid cement concrete roads. During the event, he noticed the unusual construction and expressed astonishment over a three-storey building on such a small plot.
The village secretary, Gopi, informed the Deputy Speaker that no permissions had been obtained for the building. He stated that Chandravathi had proceeded with the construction in violation of regulations. Reacting sharply, Raghurama Krishnaraju expressed strong displeasure over the negligence of the officials. He questioned how such a large structure could be built without approvals and criticised the administrative oversight.
Raghurama Krishnaraju then issued on-the-spot instructions to demolish the illegal structure immediately. Following his directives, local authorities are preparing to initiate further action.
