Balineni lambasts channels for airing news of joining Jana Sena for retweeting to PK

Prakasam, August 11: Former minister and YSRCP MLA from Ongole Balineni Srinivasa Reddy came down heavily on a section of the media for telecasting the news that he is ready to join Jana Sena after he responded to a tweet posted by its president Pawan Kalyan.
 
Accepting Pawan Kalyan’s challenge, Balineni shared a photo wearing clothes woven by handloom workers on Twitter and wrote he waived off Rs 300 crore loans of handloom weavers when he was minister in the Cabinet of former chief minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy (YSR). Even Pawan Kalyan appreciated the MLA for showing his commitment towards handloom workers.  
 
In a press meet, Balineni made it clear that he responded to Pawan Kalyan’s tweet with a good intention. “I rose to a rank of a minister because of favour shown by YSR. I will continue in the YSRCP till my life exists on the earth,” he mentioned.
