Mega Star Chiranjeevi recalls his association with Rebel Star Krishnam Raju
Hyderabad: It is known that Krishnam Raju, who was forever considered a Rebel Star in the hearts of the Tollywood audience, breathed his last on Sunday due to ill health. In his 56-year-long film career, he acted in more than 187 films and impressed the audience.
On hearing the news of his death.. all Tollywood celebrities expressed their condolences. Especially Megastar Chiranjeevi, who has been traveling with him since the early days of his career, heard the news of Krishnam Raju's death and expressed his condolences through his Twitter handle.
“The news that Krishnam Raju is no more is sad. My relationship with Krishnam Raju garu, the hero of my hometown, encouraged me like an elder brother, from my early days in the film industry, from ‘Manavuri Pandavulu, till date was cordial.”
He is the true definition of a Rebel Star. He also served as a Union Minister. The demise of Krishnam Raju garu is a loss for me personally, to the film industry and millions of fans. I convey my condolences to the bereaved family members and to Prabhas, who is like my brother," Chiranjeevi tweeted. Chiranjeevi acted with Krishnan Raju in films like ‘Manavoori Pandavulu’, ‘Prema Tharangalu’ and ‘Puli Bebbuli’.
