Home Minister Anitha criticized YSRCP MP Vijayasai Reddy, alleging that he was speaking irresponsibly out of fear that his mistakes might be exposed. She accused him of forgetting his status and age while making frivolous comments, calling it inappropriate behavior. She warned that regardless of his criticism of Chandrababu Naidu or attempts to create a rift between her and Pawan Kalyan, there was no question of sparing Vijayasai. She advised him to speak respectfully.
Anitha said that Vijayasai should boldly ask for an inquiry into the allegations against him. She stated that cases would definitely be registered against him. She also mentioned that an investigation is underway regarding irregularities in ration rice distribution and warned that the accused would not be spared. She added that if YSRCP leaders continue to act as they please, they may not even secure those 11 seats in the next elections.
Anitha made these remarks during a visit to the sub-jail in Vijayawada, where she reviewed the facility’s basic amenities. She confirmed that an investigation into complaints against jail officials was ongoing, with a report expected within two days. Appropriate action would be taken based on the findings, she assured.
