Telangana Minister Konda Surekha requested a new hearing date, citing her inability to attend court in the defamation case filed by actor Nagarjuna. The Nampally Court postponed the hearing.

Actor Nagarjuna filed a defamation case against Telangana Minister Konda Surekha over remarks she allegedly made about him. The court had previously issued summons, directing her to appear in person.

However, Minister Surekha's legal representative informed the court that due to official commitments, she could not attend the hearing. They requested a new date, assuring the court that she would appear then. In response, the Nampally Court rescheduled the hearing to December 19.
