Meanwhile, the Indian cricket team, led by Rohit Sharma, is facing criticism for its underwhelming performance in the BGT series. Despite high expectations, the team has lagged behind, trailing 2-1 in the five-match series. The Boxing Day Test in Melbourne saw India suffer a heavy defeat, intensifying the scrutiny from critics and former players alike.
