Please Don’t Let Me Lose My Reputation in Vizag": Naga Chaitanya
The film Thandel, starring Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi, is directed by Chandoo Mondeti and produced by Bunny Vasu under the Geetha Arts banner, with Allu Aravind presenting the project. The movie is set to release on February 7. On Tuesday, the trailer for Thandel was launched at the Srirama Picture Palace in Visakhapatnam (Vizag).

During the event, Naga Chaitanya spoke emotionally, saying, "Pushpa’s godfather, Allu Aravind, has been the real ‘Thandel’ in my life. Over the last year and a half, I’ve journeyed closely with him. I’ve even started feeling like I can’t make another film without his guidance. His suggestions and advice have been invaluable for this movie."
Reflecting on his bond with Vizag, he added,

"I share a special connection with Vizag. Whenever my movies release, I always first check the audience's response from here. If a film performs well in Vizag, it feels like it has succeeded everywhere. I even married a girl from Vizag, and at home, the ruling party is full of Vizagites! So, I have a request—Thandel must shake the box office here in Vizag. Please, or else I’ll lose my reputation at home."

Producer Allu Aravind praised Naga Chaitanya's performance, saying, “This movie showcases the best performance of Naga Chaitanya’s career. Some scenes are so moving that they melt your heart. With this film, Chaitanya will establish himself as a fine actor.”
Notably, Sai Pallavi, director Chandoo Mondeti, and producer Bunny Vasu did not attend the trailer launch event.
