AP Government Grants Hike in ‘Thandel’ Movie Ticket Prices
The Andhra Pradesh government has approved a hike in ticket prices for the upcoming film Thandel, directed by Chandoo Mondeti and starring Akkineni Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi. The film, based on real incidents in the Uttarandhra region, is set to release on February 7.
As per the government’s approval, ticket prices can be increased by ₹75 in multiplexes and ₹50 in single-screen theaters. These revised prices, inclusive of GST, will be applicable for one week from the film’s release date.
The decision was made after considering a request from the Thandel film team.
