Perni Nani Will Be Arrested Soon: Ministers Kollu Ravindra and Vasamsetty Subhash

Machilipatnam: Andhra Pradesh ministers Kollu Ravindra and Vasamsetty Subhash have stated that YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) leader and former minister Perni Nani will be arrested soon in connection with the rice scam. They alleged that his arrest has been delayed but is inevitable.

Speaking at a preparatory meeting for the MLC elections held at the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) office in Machilipatnam, the ministers criticized former minister Kodali Nani, claiming that he has gone into hiding after the elections. Kollu Ravindra and Vasamsetty Subhash warned that Kodali Nani must be prepared to face the consequences of his alleged misdeeds and illegal activities. They asserted that all those responsible for unlawful actions during the YSRCP regime would face legal consequences.

The ministers further stated that there is growing discontent among opposition leaders and party workers over the lack of action against YSRCP leaders involved in alleged misdeeds. However, they claimed that the recent arrest of Vallabhaneni Vamsi has boosted the morale of their party workers. "No one can escape the consequences of their actions," they said, adding that more arrests would follow in the coming days.
