Telangana High Court Reserves Judgment on KCR, Harish Rao’s Plea in Medigadda Case
The Telangana High Court has reserved its verdict on the petition filed by Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) chief K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) and former minister Harish Rao regarding the Medigadda barrage subsidence case. The court heard arguments from both sides before reserving its judgment.

The case originated from a criminal revision petition filed by an individual named Rajalingamurthy in the Bhupalpally district court. Acting on this petition, the district court had issued notices to KCR and Harish Rao. In response, both leaders approached the High Court challenging these notices.

In a significant development, Rajalingamurthy was recently murdered. During the hearing, the High Court questioned the maintainability of the petition following the petitioner’s demise. However, the public prosecutor argued that the case could still be heard despite the complainant’s death.

After listening to the arguments from both sides, the High Court reserved its verdict on the matter.
